Chen Chen, DDS
Dr. Chen studied applied biology at Georgia Tech then pursued and received her dental degree at New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry. She then completed her general practice residency at Coler-Goldwater Specialty Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Chen is passionate about all phases of dentistry. Because her patients’ interests are her top priority, she applies her skills and knowledge in order to ensure the best quality care possible. She strives to continuously improve her professional skills by taking advanced continuing education and training and is certified as an Invisalign® clear aligner provider.
Dr. Chen is a member of the American Dental Association®, Georgia Dental Association, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and Academy of General Dentistry. Her hobbies include photography and spending time with family and friends.
Natalee Baker, DMD
Dr. Natalee Baker is a native of Canton, Georgia. She attended Reinhardt University with a full-ride soccer scholarship, where she received a Bachelor of Science in biology, graduating summa cum laude. After completing her undergraduate studies, she made the move to Augusta to attend the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Baker has a passion for serving people in her community. She works hard to educate her patients about the importance of oral health care and focuses on total body well-being.
Outside of the office, Dr. Baker loves spending time with family and friends, experimenting with recipes, hiking, and interior design.

Dental Assistant
Ruth is a native of Westchester, New York, and she moved to Georgia in 2021. She graduated with her dental assisting certification from Westchester Dental Assisting School in 2007. She really enjoys dentistry, and with her warm, caring personality, strives to make each patient feel more comfortable. In her free time, she loves to read, draw and being outdoors with her family.
Sherry
Dental Assistant
Sherry is our dental assistant. She graduated from dental assisting program at Dental Staff School in 2012 and received her certification in dental assisting expanded duties at Gwinnett Technical College in 2014. Besides her main duty of dental assisting, Sherry is cross trained to help in many other areas of the office and provides support to both the front office as well as the hygiene department. Outside of work, Sherry is the super mom of four, and stays very busy with her children and all their activities.
Malanie
Office Manager
Melanie is ecstatic to be joining our team! She loves meeting and helping our patients with any questions about insurance, treatment costs, and scheduling. Mel enjoys exploring new places with her junior high school sweetheart Michael. They have two children – one lives in Portland, OR and the other lives in Conyers, GA. She also enjoys reading, snuggling with her cats, and playing video games.
Sneha
Hygienist
Sneha earned her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Georgia State University – Perimeter College with high honors. She has been practicing dentistry for about 9 years, including her experience in her home country of India. Her goal is to make her patients comfortable during their dental visits and to help them maintain their dental health at home. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
